East Texas Garden Lecture Series: Forgotten & Underutilized Plants for East Texas

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service – Smith County, invites you to participate in 7 seminars.  Bring your questions, a Q&A session is scheduled at the end of each session.  Registration is $15 (or $45 for a season pass to all 7 Lecture Series programs).  Programs will have registration at 8:30 A.M. and starting times of 9:00 A.M.  For more information call 903-590-2980 or go to www.facebook.com/ETGardenConference.

 

Greg Grant, Research Associate – Piney Woods Native Plant Center.  Greg is a horticulturist, naturalist, garden writer, and plant developer from Arcadia, Texas. He has introduced many superior plants to southern horticulture, and is one of the most knowledgeable plantsmen in the region. He is co-author of “Heirloom Gardening in the South”, and he’ll discuss choice plants for the home landscape.
