I’m looking for food preservation classes in smith county that will include canning, dehydration, etc. So far I have found none offered here. I found them in Houston and Dallas. Why aren’t you offering them here? I would think as large as Smith County is there would be all kinds of food preservation classes being offered by Agrilife here locally. Please let me know if there are classes being planned for Tyler area. Thank you.
